Heat oven to 350°F.
Chop and dice the ham, broccoli, scallions, brie and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
Place the tart dish on a baking sheet, then add the scallions, broccoli and ham evenly into the dish. Then slowly pour in the egg mixture into the tart dish and place the brie evenly throughout and add dill.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center and comes out clean.
Let cool for 5-7 minutes before serving and garnishing with dill, scallions or grape tomatoes. Enjoy!
