Bring a medium sauce pot of water to a boil. Add ¼ teaspoon salt and pasta and follow package instructions until is al dente; and drain. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Set aside.
In a medium skillet or cast iron pan, add olive oil over medium-high heat, add cherry tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes, until they are softened. Add garlic and basil cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Add spinach to the skillet, once spinach has wilted, add the pasta with 2 tablespoons of the reserved pasta water and feta. Allow to heat through and gentle stir the pasta and allow the feta to begin melting.
Garnish with chopped walnuts, fresh basil and parsley. Drizzle some olive oil over the pasta and ENJOY!
