Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice the baguette to ½ inch slices and arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil on both sides using a pastry brush. Bake for 15 minutes until golden, turning over halfway. Remove and cool on rack before assembling.
- In a food processor, add goat cheese, cream cheese and salt. Pulse until well blended and creamy.
- Once the crostini’s are cool, spread 1-2 tablespoon to each crostini, then add the pomegranates, chopped walnuts, and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
