- Set peanut butter out at room temperature for about 20 minutes so it has a chance to soften.
- For both recipes, in a medium bowl, add and mix all of the ingredients until they are completely combined. Cover bowl and place into the refrigerator for about an hour, until the mixtures are firm.
- Once you remove them from the refrigerator and they will be crumbly, use the warmth of your hands to bind the mixtures. You can add a few drops of almond, oat or coconut milk to help form them into balls. Use a ice cream scooper and shape dough into evenly size balls. Place on parchment paper or a glass dish and place into the refrigerator for another hour or until firm.
- Store snack bites into air-tight container and refrigerator. Stores in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, if they last that long or can freeze up to 3-4 months.
