Maple Glazed Peaches with Cottage Cheese

- 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 firm peach, sliced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp burbon
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- handful walnuts
- mint for garnishing
Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet, add the sliced peaches, pan sear the peaches for about 3 minutes, once golden, flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Add maple syrup and burbon is desire. De-glaze and add chopped walnuts and coat them in the maple syrup.
Arrange the peaches on the plate, add the dollops of cottage cheese. Add the walnuts and the juices over the cottage cheese and peaches. Garnish with mint.
Serve warm and enjoy!!
