This meatless version of Hungarian goulash (gulyás) is hearty, comforting and so flavourful. It is rich and delicious with an abundance of vegetables, red lentils, Hungarian sweet paprika and smoked paprika. All you need is some crusty bread and you have an easy one-pot nutritious meal! 

Homemade Chicken Soup is the ultimate comfort soup made with root vegetables, fresh parsley and often served with homemade noodles. Perfect warming immune booster! It is so delicious, you will be asking for more!

Nutrition and healthy eating has always been a passion of mine. I loved the experience of growing up on a farm with accessibility of fresh vegetables and fruit. We not only had abundance of fresh produce but we also had our own fresh poultry and meats. I believe it started as a child and I continued this desire and love through my cooking and from there educating students the importance of eating healthy has become a second passion of mine.
