Gather your ingredients and prepare the marinate. It is so important to have good quality olive oil when you are making a marinate. If you haven’t purchased a good quality olive oil yet, I highly recommend you do. I promise, you will notice the difference!!
Place a zip-lock bag into a bowl when you are adding the chicken breasts and marinate into the zip-lock bag. A handy technique to avoid any spillage.
This chicken recipe creates a crispy exterior when grilled on a barbecue and the interior is moist and tender after being marinated. The flavours are so good you have to try it yourself!! The broccoli and spinach salad recipes are a perfect accompaniment to this grilled chicken recipe and they are both on my blog! 🙂
