These delicious healthy granola bars are crunchy, chewy and make a perfect snack anytime of the day! Easy to make and your love them!

This healthy granola bar recipe is sweeten naturally with maple syrup. The coconut, and nuts add a nice crunch. Add your own nuts, dried fruit and seeds of your choice. Change it up each time you make it and have fun with it! The peanut butter ball recipe is another healthy option, it is also included in my blog.
Have fun with this recipe by substituting nuts, seeds and dried fruit to your personal choice. Keeping in mind to add the same amounts of butter, honey, coconut oil, and maple syrup.
INGREDIENTS
- OATS: either quick or rolled oats work for this recipe
- NUTS: I used a variety of nuts cashews, almonds and walnuts, feel free to change it up to your liking
- COCONUT: unsweetened coconut is my preference
- BUTTER: either glee, unsalted butter or plant-based butter
- HONEY: used pure honey or pure maple syrup
- COCONUT OIL: was my choice of a plant-based oil
- DRIED CRANBERRIES
- DARK CHOCOLATE
- VANILLA
- SALT: I used Himalayan or sea salt
- SEEDS: hemp, chai or flaxseed are your options
HOW TO MAKE THESE DELCIOUS BARS
Always gather your ingredients so everything is accessible. Chop your chocolate and nuts. Lightly roast oats, coconut and nuts in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye on the coconut, as it will turn golden quite quickly. Allow to cool before adding it with the other ingredients.

Begin adding ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add roasted oats, coconut and nuts to mixing bowl once they are cooled.
Press firmly into baking pan/dish. Cover and refrigerate until firm for about 2-3 hours. Remove from refrigerator and cut to desired size and ENJOY!
These make a perfect mid-day snack for those time when you want a pick-me-up or a perfect on the go granola bar! Kids love granola bars and they are so many options that are available to personalize your liking.

STORE in a air-tight container. They will last up 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 2-3 months in the freezer.

Healthy Granola Snack Bars

- Baking sheet
- 9 x 9 inch square pan
Ingredients
- 2 cups organic quick oats
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup roasted coconut
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut-in
- 1/3 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds/chai seeds/flaxseeds
Instructions
- Line a 9” x 9” square baking pan with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
- Lay oats, coconut and nuts on a baking sheet and place in a 350 °F oven for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, just enough to get them toasty.
- Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, measure and add the remaining ingredients.
- Once oats, coconut and nuts are cooled, add to the mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Transfer to prepared baking pan and press down firmly.
- Cover with wrap or seal lid and refrigerator until firm for up to 2-3 hours.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
